Registration Fees

The following registration fees are listed in New Zealand Dollars, inclusive of NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing to Emma Redfern, Conference Innovators via email registration@conference.co.nz. You may reassign your registration to another person at no charge.

If you cancel your registration the following refund policy applies: before 30 September $150 cancellation fee; from 1 October there is no refund except at the discretion of the organisers of HOSW 2015.

If you cancel your accommodation booking the following refund policy applies: before 30 September a full refund will be granted; from 1 October there is no refund except at the discretion of the Hotel the booking has been placed with. 

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Gathering organisers, the Gathering is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Whilst Healing our Spirit Worldwide  - The Seventh Gathering will take all practicable steps to provide a safe Gathering environment, they will not be held accountable for any person loss or injury resulting from attending the Gathering.
