General Terms & Conditions

Ticket Terms Tickets are not transferable unless requested in writing with Event Travel Management on or before Tuesday 28 August 2018 and must be in accordance with the Registration Substitutions Policy and Registration Cancellation Policy below. The person whose name appears on the badge is the only person eligible to gain entry to Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering. Amendment fees of AUD$25 apply.
Rates & GST All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%).
Credit Card Payment All payments are in Australian Dollars and include GST (10%). Our payments are processed through the secure eWAY gateway and will list on your credit card statement as our Agency Name: Event Travel Management

Bank Transfer Payments All payments by bank transfer must be made in full in Australian Dollars and include GST (10%). Any additional bank fees and
transfer charge are the responsibility of the delegate. Payment must be made within 14 days.
Registration Cancellation Policy  Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail to contact@hosw.com. Cancellations received on or before Tuesday 28 August 2018 will receive a full refund minus AUD$200.00 (includes GST) processing fee. Any cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.
Registration Substitutions Policy Substitutions of attendees’ names will be accepted up until Tuesday 28 August 2018. An amendment fee of AUD$25 may apply per amendment. Email your requested substitution to contact@hosw.com and include the original delegate name and the following details for the new delegate: Name, Position, Contact Phone Number and Email Address. No substitutions will be accepted after Tuesday 28 August 2018. A new attendee may substitute for a confirmed registration within the same ticket type. Refunds will not be issued for additional items purchased by the original registrant.
Event Cancellation Policy  Organising Committee for Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering reserves the right to cancel or change any event activity. In the event the Organising Committee for Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering cancels the entire event all booking fees will be refunded, less third party expenses. The Organising Committee for Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering does not accept any liability for any accommodation, travel or associated bookings made by any event attendee.
Payment Policy All ticket payments must be received in full prior to arrival on site to allow entry to the event (Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering).
Right to Cancel Ticket and Refuse Entry The Organising Committee for Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering reserves the right, at its full discretion, to cancel any ticket purchased and will refund in full all monies paid by the purchaser for that ticket. The Organising Committee for Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering also reserves the right, at its full discretion, to reasonably refuse entry to any person to Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering.
Internet Usage Onsite  The Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering Event network is provided at the discretion of the Organising Committee to delegates for business use while at the event. For the purpose of ensuring network integrity and compliance with security policies, the Organising Committee may monitor and collect data conducting subsequent analysis on the network traffic. The Organising Committee for Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering reserves the right to remove access from anyone who is determined to have undertaken activity on the network that is inappropriate, illegal or has a detrimental impact on the performance on the network including that of other delegates’ connectivity availability.
Replacement Badges For safety and security reasons, it is a requirement of the delegate to wear their badge at all times whilst at Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering. Lost badges will be replaced at a cost of AUD$250 (includes GST).
Privacy Statement  The personal information you provide on this form will be used by The University of Sydney and it’s subcontractors for the purpose of processing your registration and/or contacting you to provide you with information about the Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering and the Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Ninth Gathering. The supply of information is voluntary but if you do not provide all the information requested, we may be unable to process your registration or contact you with updates.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other person or organisation except with your express consent or where required by law.

The information will be held by The University of Sydney. You have a right to access or amend your personal information. Requests should be directed to contact@hosw.com

Photography and Filming Policy  During Healing Our Spirit Worldwide – The Eighth Gathering, you may be photographed or filmed and the images or footage may be used for internal and promotional purposes. Should you wish not to be photographed or filmed while onsite please advise event staff onsite at the registration desk.
Code of Conduct The Organising Committee seeks to create a respectful, friendly, fun and inclusive experience for all participants. We do not tolerate harassing or disrespectful behaviour, messages, images, or interactions by any participant, in any form, at any aspect of the program including business and social activities, regardless of location. We do not tolerate any behaviour that is degrading to any gender, race, sexual orientation or disability, or any behaviour that would violate the organisation’s Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy, Equal Employment Opportunity Policy, or Standards of Business Conduct.

We encourage everyone to assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment. Please report any concerns, harassing behaviour, or suspicious or disruptive activity to event management. The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from an event at any time at its sole discretion.
